anche perchè io vivo, e molto bene, senza di loro.
però l’incazzatura è sempre più forte, cazzo se è sempre più forte.
vorrei tornare in maniera completa sull’intervista che la sozzani, direttore di vogue italia, dell’uomo vogue e direttore editoriale della condè nast italia, ha avuto la settimana scorsa nella trasmissione della bignardi invasioni barbariche.
innanzitutto trovo bizzarro che la sozzani, mai andata prima in televisione e restia da sempre alle interviste, vada (in televisione! che la vedano e la sentano più gente possibile! mica su una rivista di nicchia svedese…) a farsi intervistare proprio una settimana dopo l’inchiesta di report. non vi sembra un evidente tentativo di ripulirsi l’immagine dopo la serissima indagine della sabrina giannini, la giornalista di report? e da chi va a farsi fare l’intervista? pensate un po’! da una signora che lavora, lei e suo marito, per vanity fair, rivista della quale la sozzani è direttore editoriale. ma guarda un po’! ma che caso!
e non che lo dicano, eh! sarebbe come se qualcuno mi incolpasse di cose tremende e mi facesse l’intervista il mio assistente.
tutto questo però, come tutto il resto, passa come normale.
PERCHE’ INVECE DI UN’INTERVISTA FATTA CON LE GINOCCHIERE NON HA ACCETTATO LE INNUMEREVOLI RICHIESTE DI INTERVISTA CHE LA SABRINA GIANNINI LE HA FATTO? PERCHE’?!?!?!

-comincia dicendo che passa il tempo in aereo a cercare fotografi nuovi. cominciamo bene! penso potrebbe evitare di inquinare il pianeta e perdere tempo: i fotografi che usa sono sempre li stessi da vent’anni, i due nuovi che ha appena usato sull’uomo vogue (finalmente italiani!) sono suo figlio e il suo fidanzato. altro che viaggi in aereo, li aveva a casa, i fotografi nuovi.
-parla della pubblicità, dicendo che vogue, come gli altri giornali di moda non ha ingerenze da parte dei cliente pubblicitari, e che le loro scelte redazionali sono libere. sì certo, poi ci sono gli asini che volano e i cavalli che sanno cantare… ma una persona può dire queste falsità impunemente?!?! vi spiego una cosa: nei giornali di moda c’è un foglio grande e grosso dove c’è scritto chiaro e tondo: “cliente xy 10 pagine pubblicitarie da fare 10 pagine redazionali, fatte 8 ancora da fare 2”. questa cosa c’è in tutti i giornali, e l’ha inventata vogue vent’anni fa. sarebbe carino avere questo foglio. suppongo sia sparito da tutte le redazioni dopo l’intervista di report. però c’è una maniera semplicissima di verificare quello che dico: un certo mese il cliente xy comincia a fare pubblcità. vogliamo andare a controllare se nei mesi successivi mi compare nei redazionali? ma che strano! eccolo lì!
-dice che vogue italia deve aiutare e aiuta gli stilisti italiani. ma dove?!? gli ultimi stilisti italiani emersi nel panorama internazionale sono dolce&gabbana. sono stati scoperti da marina fausti, attuale direttore di, pensate un pò!, gioia, al tempo direttore moda del gran giornale “moda”. che mi si dica quali sono gli stilisti italiani che vogue ha lanciato! se scattano e fanno tutto a new york!
-le chiedono di report. dice che “sapevano già tutto”. ma vi rendete conto, è veramente davide contro golia. un gigante potentissimo che ha informatori e infiltrati, contro una sabrina giannini, una giornalista forte solo della sua professionalità.
-dice che non fa consulenze. certe cose andrebbero provate. ok, non fa consulenze.
-ahhhah hahh hahhh ha hhhhaaaaa!!!!!!
-le chiedono, con imprevista malizia, se esiste un moggi della moda. risponde che non sa chi sia moggi. i casi sono due: o è ignorante, cosa grave per una giornalista direttore di giornali, o, oramai abituata, mente. non vedo alternative

però la situazione è molto peggio di come potete immaginare, non c’è assolutamente meritocrazia, ma solo nepotismo. d’altronde perchè dovremmo stupirci? se è così negli ospedali italiani, nei tribunali italiani, nelle università italiane, non dovrebbe essere così anche nella fotografia di moda italiana! figuriamoci! almeno qui non muore nessuno.
che non mi vengano però a dire che non è così come io la racconto.
ho chiesto qualche post fà di farmi dei nomi di fotografi italiani. l’amico alan mi ha fatto una lista di nomi italiani, ma tutta gente cresciuta ed allevata all’estero, non certo in italia.
non esiste assolutamente in italia, e questa è la conseguenza peggiore dell’andazzo vogue, una fucina di talenti italiani.

but the situation is much worst than you can imagine, there is absolutely no meritocracy, only nepotism. on the other hand why should we be surprised? If it is like that in Italian hospitals, in Italian courts, at Italian universities, it should be like this in the Italian fashion photographic environment! just imagine! at least here nobody dies!
nobody can say the opposite otherwise i can tell it all.
i’ve asked few post ago to name some italian photographers. the friend alan wrote a list of italian names, they were all people raised and grown abroad, surely not in italy. in italy a laboratory for italian talents does not exist, and this is the worst consequence of the vogue attitude. the few italian that manage to publish in italy are all husbands/boyfriends of someone. do you want the names, so we do not miss anything? here http://www.benedusi.it/portfolio/albums/anticamera/ftp/mail/ is a mail i have received and has been around for a while in the fashion world.
